Item 1 Confirmation of 2018 Annual General Meeting and of any Special General Meeting held since the last Annual General Meeting.
Item 2 Presenting the financial report (including the income and expenditure statement and balance sheet) for the year ending 30 June 2019.
Item 3 Directors Remuneration (Fee Schedule).
Item 4 Appoint Auditor and approve Auditor’s fee.
Item 5 Check the register of members.
Item 6 Members questions about corporation operations.
Please Note: The meeting commences at 10:00am and we encourage all members planning to attend to be on time. Whilst the meeting will remain open to members to attend throughout, should a vote be required for election of Directors, each member must have signed the attendance sheet prior to voting commencing to be eligible and able to cast a vote (if you have not signed the register, you will not receive a voting card).
Parking is to the right of the road on the property. There will be a BBQ lunch and other refreshments provided. A Shuttle Bus will leave the Jane Ardler Centre at 9.45am for those requiring transport to the meeting.
