Between January 1 and June 30, 2025, our Clinic Feedback Survey collected valuable insights from 269 clients about their experiences with our services. The survey explored key areas such as appointment processes, staff interactions, cultural safety, treatment effectiveness, privacy, and facility quality. Overall, the results reflect our team’s strong commitment to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care, while also identifying a few areas where we can continue to enhance the experience for our community.
