Booking your COVID-19 vaccination appointment

All clients including children ages 5 and up can now receive the COVID-19 vaccine at our Clinic. We are offering both the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

Booster shots are also available for those who have at least 4 months since their second dose of a COVID Vaccine.

Each vaccine needs two doses, each taken several weeks apart. You can book your second appointment after your first vaccination – your healthcare worker will be able to tell you how many weeks you will need to wait.

Please note that appointment bookings are essential and appointments and vaccines are limited, however we will do our best to book your appointment as soon as possible.

Call us on 1800 215 099.

How to prepare for your COVID-19 vaccination

Before your vaccination appointment, you should make sure your details are up to date with Medicare. You can find information about how you can do this on the Services Australia website.

Please do not go to your vaccination appointment:

  • if you are feeling unwell with fever, cough, runny nose or other symptoms that could be from COVID-19
  • if you are waiting for COVID-19 test results, or have tested positive for COVID-19
  • if you are a close contact of someone with COVID-19, or
  • if you are in quarantine.

If you have had another vaccine (such as the flu shot) in the 14 days before your COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please let us know as we may need to reschedule your appointment.

If you cannot make it to your vaccination appointment, please contact us to arrange a new appointment.

After your vaccination

View the Patient Fact Sheet about what to expect after being given the Comirnaty (Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd) COVID-19 vaccination.

Once you’ve had your vaccine, you’ll be able to get an immunisation history statement to prove your vaccination status. You can get proof of vaccinations from your Medicare immunisation history through myGov, or by calling Medicare on 1800 653 809.

Find out how to get your immunisation history statement on the Services Australia website or read instructions below.
