The NSW Government prioritises Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations to support Aboriginal children and young people in out-of-home care. This helps ensure children stay connected to culture, community, and family.
If you are caring for an Aboriginal child or young person and are currently with another agency, you may be transferred so that the child’s care is supported by an Aboriginal-led organisation.

If you are transferring to our organisation, our goal is to support both you and the child during the transition.
You can expect:

If you have been contacted about transferring or would like to learn more about the process, our team is here to help. We understand that change can bring questions, and we are committed to supporting you and the child in your care every step of the way.
