Bringing healthcare directly to communities makes it easier for you to access care quickly and conveniently, stay up to date with prevention and health promotion, and build long-term support for your overall wellbeing.
To access our mobile health and dental services, check when the van will be in your community by contacting our reception team or follow our social media pages for updates. On the day, walk-in appointments are welcome, so you can access care without a prior booking if the van is in your area. You can also book an appointment with reception in advance if you prefer.
We are a bulk-billing service, so please bring your Medicare card and any Health Care, Pension, or Concession cards to your visit
A 715 Health Check is a free annual health assessment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of all ages. It is an opportunity to yarn with your health team, check in on your wellbeing, and take positive steps towards a healthy future. It’s about staying healthy, identifying any health concerns early, and making sure you have the support you need to keep you and your family strong.
